shipment / return conditions
We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise in its original box subject to the rules described below. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement at any time up to 14 days after the date of delivery. After 14 days, no refunds will be made.
In the event that Reflect has mistakenly shipped a different item than ordered or the quality of the item shipped is inadequate, Reflect will, upon verification of the error or defect, collect the item and proceed to ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Such a right shall not be available to:
- personalised items (as long as it is not a tare)
- items purchased in sales, one-off offers or clearance sales
- used or damaged items (as long as it is not a tare)
Under no circumstances will shipping costs be refunded, as this is considered a service performed as the item has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
To exercise your right of return, please follow the return procedure described below.
Exchanges and/or returns by post/courier
To arrange an exchange or return, send us an email to the Customer Service department (reflect@reflectshades.com) and we will contact you to explain the procedure and next steps.
The exchange of items or the return of purchased products may be made by ordinary mail or courier to the address provided at the time of return.
In this case, LE PARC advises to send the return by registered mail or return receipt requested. LE PARC will not be responsible for packages lost or misplaced during shipment.
The shipping costs for products, which are to be exchanged or returned by post, shall be borne by the customer and under no circumstances will LE PARC accept returns sent carriage forward.
All items must be returned unused, wrapped and in their original packaging.

Once the item(s) have been received (instructions in the previous point, 2. Exchanges and/or returns by post/courier), Visionario will check that they are in good condition and will proceed to send the chosen item if an exchange has been requested or will proceed to refund the amount in the same method of payment used in the purchase in the case of a return.
The period for reimbursement can vary between 3 and 12 working days after the return is received at Visionario's warehouse. Once the status of the returned goods has been verified, the customer will be informed via email.
Payment for returned items will always be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase.
In order to pay for orders paid by bank transfer, the customer must provide Visionario with an IBAN code so that the corresponding amount can be paid. The IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is being sent.
